I have eventually taken this fascinating journey of self discovery and transformation as a student / trainee coach with The Coachman - Erich Jordan. Like an accompanist who brings out the best in a singer, Erich has supported and encouraged me to be the best that a coach can be. He modelled what great coaches do during and between coaching sessions. I have gained so much insight about coaching by observing how he facilitated our sessions.
