"When I first met Erich I was lost in a sea of indecisiveness, unhappy with where I was in life and seemingly unable to generate the momentum I needed to move forward.
I was afraid of making mistakes and haunted by past failures, depressed by my lack of action but at a loss on how to get out of this rut I found myself in.
Erich helped me get the ball rolling, one small action at a time. He helped me clarify my decision making process by changing my own perception of what constituted failure and by keeping my values front of mind when deciding. Most importantly he helped me to celebrate the small victories again and gave me the confidence I needed to go out and make the changes I needed in my life.
