"Having known Erich for quite some time through our swimming interests & connections I approached him earlier this year with the possibility of doing some business together.
As we spoke about our various business interests I mentioned the fact about me being too close to the "painting" and only being able to see the brush strokes and not the whole "picture".
There and then I signed up for coaching with Erich, embarking on a bit of an unknown journey of rediscovery! Wow! what a journey it has been!
Erich in his laid back way has the ability to get the most out of every session and the uncanny ability to push and nudge you in the direction you subconsciously know you should be going!
This I might add also spilled (excuse the pun) into our sessions in the pool where my 1.8km sessions quickly faded into 2.2 and 2.5km sessions by Erich upping the anti, in a good way!
The timelines that are put in place also ensure that I dare not deviate from the course that has been set, to reach the goals that I was wanting to achieve.
In a very short space of time some fairly large milestones were achieved and although it is a work in progress the journey is not half as daunting as it seemed at the start!
I highly recommend Erich as a coach and mentor, a sincere, open and honest person who is by your side every step of the way. I am looking forward to a continued journey with Erich as we uncover and discover new and exciting adventures on our life journey.
